About the Founder
Passionate about sales and marketing, I have held all marketing positions (telemarketing, direct selling, network/multi-level and influence marketing) during my career with leading software publishers.
More generally, it was my direct experience of mergers and acquisitions and other company movements that led me to become particularly interested in the subjects of motivation and recognition and their impact on sales teams’ productivity. I noticed that sales challenges are a real driver.
Consequently, in 2012, I decided to combine both my software publishing market and sales expertise, to offer a digital platform that would provide online challenges with a simplified follow-up. The aim is to propose a tool that will increase companies’ turnover via employee motivation.
Fascinated by the ergonomics of mobile applications that break away from companies’ conventional management application screens, I collaborated with marketing and sales directors to conceive this digital platform that is user-friendly and easily-assimilated.
Today, Reward Process’ turnkey solution is naturally destined for sales and marketing management, but also more widely to all employees or partners of companies aiming to develop their turnover.
My team is comprised of myself, the challenge expert, Nicolas, who transformed my concept into a very efficient multilingual cloud software, and Franck, who gave our product an international and marketing dimension. We have joined forces around shared values of commitment, autonomy and fun.
